If antennae could speak…

Each colored dot in the area corresponds to a person, each person was interviewed about the meaning of television, and the satellite dish, in their lives. The typographic essay above shows some responses to a few questions.Together, they form a collective “message to the sky” composed of the words of multiple voices. Each voice is represented by the color the participant chose for their satellite dish in a unique typeface.

– What do you watch on TV and why?
– If they took away the satellite dishes, what would you do?
– If you could change something in Fittja, what would you change?
– What words or thoughts would you like to make public?

Each of these short statements were agreed upon during the interview.
